I am getting lots of the latest kind of spam; the subject is usually two random words, and the body is a GIF of the message. They can't be scanned for content, so they get through many spam filters. If you can set your spam filter to mark any message with just a GIF for content, that would do it. Gmail is doing it well.
The cool part is that some of the subjects are very strange:
stove baggage
couch mantra
aromatic aircraft carrier
hick disbelieve
unreserved sanitize
incubate unmarried
irreconcilable possessive
obstacle motherboard
seminar ewe
Some of these words may have never been together in all of history.
